1795 Preformed very aggressive rubber resin pressure sensitive adhesive. Wound in roll form on silicone liner paper with extended liner features. No curing time necessary. This tape offers a superior bonding with plastics, metals, fabrics, and polyethylene sheeting.
DF0244 Acrylic based double coated tape conceived to offer a superior adhesion between a wide variety of surfaces. This tape is used as a insulator and noise and vibration dampening. This product is approved for Chrysler MS-CH59 norm and General Motors 3802M norm as for application of exterior body side molding. This product as been design especially for application which required transparency. This adhesive gives excellent performance under a wide range of environmental conditions including exposure to fuels and chemicals.
DF2351 Polyethylene foam, double coated with a high-performance rubber based pressure sensitive adhesive. This product is used for sound and vibration dampening. It’s also used as general mounting of mirrors, soap dispensers, reflectors, signs, nameplates, escutcheons, hooks, etc. Finally, it can be used as gasketing and spacing.
DF236 High density cross linked polyethylene foam. Consistent quick stick and high shear. Good resistance to humidity, mild acids, oil and grease. Excellent conformability and compressibility, adheres well to textured and irregular surfaces. Easily die cut. This tape is used for sound and vibration dampening in business machines, industrial equipment, copy machines, electronic component packaging, glass panel mounts, seal, gasket, etc. Also, it can be use for mounting nameplates, signs, small die cast parts, mirrors, maps, etc. Finally, it can be used as gasketing and spacing.
DF9665 High-density polyurethane foam, double coated with an acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. This tape is mainly used in assembly of metal and plastic components on furniture and appliances, and bonding of emblems and exterior trim.
RDU4855 Laminated polyethylene cloth, single coated with a high tack natural rubber adhesive. Bonds well to most surfaces over a wide temperature range. This product is use in metal ductwork fabrication as a tape. It’s also use in a wide variety of application as shipping, packing, sealing, repair, etc.
 
 
Tips to obtain a strong bond

- Press uniformly all substrates.

- Make sure surfaces are clean, without contaminants, dust or releasing agents.

- Line-up substrates before assembling.
- Adhesive resistance may vary depending upon which type of plasticizer is being used in the plastic.
