The "AVK" "AH" series insert features a hex body design that when used
in a hex hole produces the ultimate in spin-out torque resistance.
This feature is important when SPC and/or a prevailing torque thread lock is  required.

"AR"

The "AVK" "AR" Series threaded insert has been designed for use in plastics and
thin gauge sheet metal applications where increased pull-out resistance is required.

"AS"

The "AVK" "AS" Series Stud offers a unique design advantage in that once installed,
a threaded stud is left protruding from the work piece. Component parts can be located
on the stud until final assembly is accomplished with a mating nut.
The A-S series is an ideal alternative to clinch or weld studs. The "AS" Series is designed to be used with Grade 5 or Metric Class 8.8/9.8 non thread locking type nuts.

"AT"

The "AVK" "AT" Series Insert is unique in that it can be installed into most any material above .030/,76 mm in thickness. As the "AT" Series is installed, the threaded portion is completely swaged 360° into the sleeve portion and the hole.
This permits the "AT" Series to be used with Grade 8/Metric 12.9 mating screws.

"AW"

The "AVK" "AW" Series Insert can be installed into most any material softer than itself
that is thicker than .062/1,57. The "AW" Series provides exceptional shear strength
and pull out in fiberglass and ply woods.
The brass "AW" Series Insert is particularly useful for the fiberglass boat industry.

"TSN"

The "AVK" "TSN" Series Insert features a reduced profile head design which is similar to the superior "AK" Series Insert. It also has a smaller body diameter than the "AK" Series Insert.
The "quot;quot;quot;quot;TSN" Series Insert can be specified when the application design parameters require a smaller hole or closer hole to edge tolerances.

"RN"

The "AVK" "RN" Series Rivet Nut features a heavy duty head profile and increased wall thickness in the collapse area. This makes the R-N Series ideal for leg leveling.
